Any time a new property within our parameters was listed, she contacted us to set up a viewing before we could even shoot her a text. This level of being "on-the-ball" was crucial for us to not miss any properties of interest during the cutthroat real estate market of 2022. She was integral in the negotiation process, and with her expertise and knowledge we were able to purchase our home for BELOW the listing price. We were resigned to the fact that we would be stuck in multiple bidding wars to get the home we wanted, but were relieved to find that was not an inevitability with Stacey in our corner.
